Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a beautiful ocean view with a stunning wet bar featuring a Nespresso Machine in the room. However, be cautious as I was unexpectedly charged for simply looking at an item in the mini-bar. The suite felt more like an apartment than a typical Miami suite, which was a unique touch. The service was top-notch with some standout staff members like Haley at the front desk and Luciano our waiter. The location is ideal, just the right distance from the busy South Beach area, providing a peaceful stay close to attractions. Dining options were satisfactory but slightly pricey, especially if not using reward points. Overall, a mixed experience with impressive aspects alongside some pitfalls.
The hotel gave me mixed feelings. The rooms, though clean and tidy with a good Wi-Fi connection, lacked the promised balcony. Checking in for my flight and printing the boarding pass was a convenient touch. The service was a standout, with excellent staff like Juan, Devan, and William making my stay exceptional. However, encounters with a few rude and arrogant staff members tainted the experience. The location was a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, with Bryan and Oscar going the extra mile to enhance my trip. The dining experience, while offering a good variety, felt a bit overpriced. Overall, the facilities were well-equipped and functional.
I had a great stay at the hotel, with nice ocean and city views from the room and convenient in-room amenities such as a safe and key card activated elevator. The beach chairs were a nice touch, even though there was a bit of a wait initially. The service was excellent overall, though it could benefit from more experienced staff for premium members. The location near the beach was perfect for a relaxing getaway, away from the busyness of South Beach nightlife. The dining experience, operated by a third party, was a bit chaotic and expensive, but the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.
